Old Wounds Kept Me Stuck for Too Many Years

As I journal, I allow myself to truly relive it. For the first time in my life, I really write everything, –what I’m thinking as the incest happens, how it feels, even where I feel it in my body.. Tears stream down my cheeks as I see in my mind that little girl standing in the doorway. I feel her tears, her fear and hear her wonder, “Will they still love me?”

Some Frequently Asked Questions

I really don’t want to revisit this trauma. Can we sidestep this one piece?

The key to transmuting and releasing the energy that is stuck in your body is to identify the specific event and realize the key belief that is no longer serving you. Know where you store that energy in your body so you can release it mentally, emotionally, physically and energetically.

This feels really overwhelming to me. I don’t know how to deal with it.

We’ll take this one step at a time. We’ll start the process slowly using small examples to get the swing of things. Once you realize how painless it can be to let go of the small stuff, we can move to the bigger issues.
